Leasing Policies

 

General Policies

  • Prospective tenants must earn 3 times the monthly rent

  • No section 8 or voucher programs are accepted at this time

  • Prospective tenants must be at least 22 years old to apply

  • A minimum credit score of 600 is required of all applicants

  • All people over the age of 18 living in the unit must apply

  • All applicants must provide proof of income in the form of check stubs and/or bank statements

  • We run a credit and criminal background check on all applicants

Pet Policies

  • Pets are welcome

  • $300 non-refundable pet fee for one pet and $500 for two pets

  • $20 monthly pet rent for one pet and $30 for two pets

  • Dogs will have to submit a DNA sample to pooprints.com to help with dog waste control

Parking Policies

  • All parking within the gated parking area will be assigned

  • $5-$50 monthly parking fee depending on location within the lot
